What is Ausff Concierge Service?

The Concierge Service Program connects you with your own Ausff.com.au personal shopper, giving you a more personalized shopping and shipping experience. If you want to purchase from an online retailer where your credit card isn’t accepted, we can place the order for you. If you need an item quickly, we can physically pick up your item(s) from select retailers and ship them to you within usually one business day. Please note that we will not purchase auction items, such as Ebay on your behalf.
